Educational Qualification :
Must have four year Bachelor's degree in Fishery Science from a recognized university.
Must have knowledge of Fisheries,Aquaculture,Aquatic Resources and Fishing Harbour in West Bengal.
Must be able to read and write Bengali or Nepali.
